Return Policy

We offer a 7 day return policy(excluding Final Sale items) for buyers who pay for the return shipping fee and we don't accept damaged model or damaged package items or missing parts items return. Please refer to the following for the return time limit:

- within 7 days after receiving the item (subject to the transport record)

Due to updates in the payment platform policy,

For orders paid by "credit card" we will charge a 4% fee for the online order cancellation and return.

For orders paid by "Interac e-Transfer with DirectPay"  we will charge a 2% fee for the online order cancellation and return.
